What The Role Is

You will manage HR functions to enhance organisational performance and employee engagement.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Support manpower planning and administration
  • Manage rewards and recognition programmes
  • Oversee career and performance management processes
  • Partner with management to implement and govern HR policies
  • Engage employees and external stakeholders

    Challenge(s)
  • Balancing the diverse and sometimes competing needs of management, employees, and external parties while ensuring consistent and fair application of HR policies

What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR management is preferred
  • Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) Certification is preferred
  • Driven and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills
