Head of Product Management – Digital Assets Technology (Director Level)

We’re looking for a visionary Head of Product Management (Director level) to drive strategic programs and shape the future of digital asset capabilities within a leading global financial services environment.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to build and scale a greenfield digital assets portfolio, working closely with senior stakeholders while guiding a technically advanced team through rapid innovation.

What You’ll Do

Portfolio Strategy & Governance

• Establish governance frameworks across digital asset initiatives
• Define standards, controls, and escalation paths aligned with regulatory and risk considerations
• Balance innovation velocity with strong delivery discipline

Digital Assets Business Leadership

• Drive the build-out and scaling of digital asset capabilities (tokenization, custody, trading, settlement)
• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and market positioning
• Oversee supporting infrastructure and platform development

Performance & Insights

• Define KPIs and program metrics including delivery, adoption, and business value
• Deliver insights and portfolio updates to executive leadership

Stakeholder & Partner Engagement

• Collaborate with senior business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders
• Manage relationships with ecosystem partners including blockchain providers and technology vendors

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team (2–10 direct reports)
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and disciplined execution

Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

• Ensure adherence to evolving digital asset regulations and enterprise risk frameworks
• Partner closely with compliance, legal, and regulatory teams

What You Bring

Must Have:

• 10+ years in program/portfolio management within complex technology environments
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Strong technical background in software engineering, distributed systems, or architecture
• Knowledge of blockchain, distributed ledger technologies, tokenization, and digital assets
• Experience building governance frameworks and reporting to executive leadership
• Exceptional stakeholder management across business, technology, and risk teams
• Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline

Nice to Have:

• Experience launching new business lines or greenfield technology initiatives
• Expertise in blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda)
• Knowledge of digital asset regulations and frameworks
• Background in financial services or capital markets technology
• Familiarity with Agile at scale and innovation frameworks
