We’re Hiring: AI Engineer (Generative AI / AWS / Kubernetes)

What You’ll Do

As an AI Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions. Your day-to-day will include:

• Building and deploying agent-based Generative AI applications using RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and multi-agent workflows
• Developing scalable AI solutions leveraging AWS Bedrock, Amazon EKS, and AWS CodePipeline
• Using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to accelerate development and ensure modular design
• Operationalizing APIs and deploying containerized applications on Kubernetes (EKS)
• Monitoring and optimizing performance using observability tools and Gen AI evaluation frameworks
• Enhancing workflows by identifying bottlenecks and driving efficiency improvements
• Designing and deploying intelligent agent systems capable of inter-agent communication

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with a strong mix of technical expertise and problem-solving ability:

• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML and Generative AI solutions, especially agent-based architectures
• Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agent frameworks
• Proven experience with AWS AI/ML ecosystem (Bedrock, EKS, containers, CI/CD pipelines)
• Strong expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
• Experience designing and optimizing RAG-based applications
• Advanced Python programming skills for AI development and API design
• Experience deploying scalable applications using Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices and enterprise-scale AI deployments
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Prior experience in consulting or professional services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
