Human Resources Coordinator

I’m currently partnering with a leading, fast-growing professional services firm to hire a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team in Toronto.

What you’ll be doing

• Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding (screening, scheduling, documentation, references
• Assist with benefits administration (enrollment, eligibility tracking, coordination with providers
• Maintain and update HR documentation and HRIS systems
• Draft HR-related documents (offer letters, compensation letters, reports, etc.
• Support payroll-related processes and employee data management
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Legal Support teams

What we’re looking for:

• Background in Human Resources, ideally within legal services or professional services environments (required)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• High attention to detail and strong written communication
• Tech-savvy, with experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office tool
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a client-service approach

Compensation:$51,100 – $66,900 (based on experience) + benefits
