We are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join the HR team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about employee relations, organizational development, and partnering with business leaders to drive people initiatives and support organizational success.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing both strategic and operational HR support while ensuring the effective implementation of HR programs and policies across the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, or Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Experience supporting managers and employees in employee relations matters.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and managers to provide HR guidance and support.
- Ensure leaders and managers are trained and knowledgeable regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Manage and support employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
- Provide management information, HR data analysis, metrics, and reporting to support business decisions.
- Support organizational development, change management, and training initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR processes and practices in line with local requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Learning & Development.
- Contribute to the successful implementation of regional and global HR programs.
The offer
- 12-month contract of mandate (civil law contract).
- 100% remote work, with the option to attend meetings at the Kraków office.
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
