Package:
๐ต Base Salary: Up to NOK 830,000 per year (depending on level of experience)
๐ฏ OTE: Up to NOK 1,200,000+ (uncapped with accelerators kicking in at 50%, 80%, and 100% target achievement)

๐ข Office Location: Oslo Center with a modern hybrid setup (3 days per week in-office)

Role Overview:
- Own the entire sales cycle from outbound account targeting and prospecting to complex contract negotiations and closing
- Run strategic, value-driven presentations that simplify scientific and technical concepts into customer-centric solutions
- Partner with organizations of 200 to thousands of employees across both private corporate sectors and long-cycle public procurement frameworks
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy within HubSpot
- Collaborate closely with international teams and contribute to high-impact global projects like pricing optimization and regional scaling
- Work hand-in-hand with a supportive, highly knowledgeable sales director who focuses on custom coaching rather than rigid micromanagement
You are a strong fit if you:
โ Have a minimum of 5 years successful B2B consultative sales experience (SaaS, HR Tech, or digital solutions preferred)
โ Welcome open-market hunting and have a proven track record of driving your own outbound activity
โ Are open-minded, highly adaptable, and stay calm and focused when processes or products evolve quickly
โ Can manage multi-stakeholder relationships and navigate process-heavy sales cycles
โ Are eager to embrace and complete rigorous in-house scientific product certifications
โ Speak and write fluent Norwegian and English
