Key Responsibiliti

• esProvide technical architectural support across all project stag
• esReview and coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC, and contract documen
• tsManage subcontractors' shop drawings and material submitta
• lsEnsure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building cod
• esCoordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplin
• esResolve design and technical issues prior to constructi
• onLead and manage architects, engineers, and draftsm
• enCoordinate engineering works with all subcontracto
• rsMaintain shop drawing registers and material submittal lo
• gsSupport QS / Commercial teams with design changes and variatio
• nsEnsure strong contractual compliance and technical coordinati

Requireme

• ntsMinimum 8 years of contracting experie
• nceUAE experience is mandat
• oryStrong knowledge of UAE codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and Green Building requireme
• ntsProven experience in shop drawings and material submitt
