Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a large-scale international IT transformation program. The project operates within a SAFe-tailored Agile Release Train (ART) environment and focuses on delivering innovative digital and data-driven solutions across multiple business domains.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating Agile teams, driving collaboration between business and IT stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring effective delivery within a complex enterprise ecosystem.

Role Overview

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and support 2–3 Agile development teams embedded within a SAFe ART. You will help teams achieve their objectives by removing impediments, managing risks, fostering an Agile mindset, and promoting strong collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.

The role requires a proactive leader who can establish team rhythm, drive improvements, and support teams in delivering high-quality solutions while maintaining alignment with business goals and Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support multiple Agile teams operating within a SAFe-tailored Agile Release Train.
• Coordinate activities between Product Owners, development teams, business stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and delivery impediments.
• Foster psychological safety, team ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support backlog management and planning activities together with Product Owners.
• Facilitate PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other SAFe events.
• Improve collaboration between Development and Operations teams.
• Analyze team performance metrics and drive actionable improvements.
• Promote Agile and Lean best practices across teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, Definition of Done, and acceptance criteria.
• Support roadmap execution, portfolio planning, and project governance activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Scrum and/or SAFe certification.
• Experience working within SAFe ART or team-of-teams structures.
• Strong understanding of IT projects and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Experience supporting large development teams (10+ developers).
• Proven ability to identify risks, remove blockers, and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Finance IT projects.
• Experience working with Data & Analytics teams, Data Products, Data Mesh, or SAP BW environments.
• Knowledge of Jira Advanced Planning and Structure.
• Experience with Monday.com.
• Experience improving DevOps collaboration and delivery processes.
