Scrum Master - Agile Change Agent

We are seeking a proactive Scrum Master that facilitates requirement gathering and ensures transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle and teams. The Scrum Master will lead Scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs and utilize JIRA to provide precise task tracking and reporting. A core responsibility includes overseeing CSV and GxP processes to ensure every technical solution adheres to strict regulatory compliance standards.

Engagement: full-time

Job Qualifications:

• Coordination & Stakeholder Communication: Proven experience and ability to manage coordination tasks and ensure clear communication between teams.
• Agile Methodology & Frameworks: Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, including participation in Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• JIRA & CSV Proficiency: Skilled in using JIRA for task tracking, test management, and reporting, along with expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV) processes for regulatory compliance.

Nice to have:

• SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Knowledge: Experience with SolMan for test management, change management, and system monitoring is a plus.
• Background in Product Safety / Product Compliance is a definitive advantage. E.g. SAP IT Product Compliance / Product Safety / EHSM Business Analyst or former Business SME in the area of Hazard Communications or similar.
