We are looking for an AI Product Engineer who can turn AI capabilities into real user experiences.

We're looking for AI Product Engineer who think in possibilities understanding users deeply, experimenting with AI natively, and owning solutions from idea to shipped product.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in AI engineering or technical roles (internships and personal projects are welcome)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
• Strong interest in emerging AI products and technologies
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, platforms, or APIs (commercial or open-source)
• Understanding of APIs and how to integrate them into real systems and workflows
• Product-oriented mindset with strong curiosity about user behavior and AI experiences
• Familiar with code (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Ability to think both technically and creatively
• Problem-solving mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity
• Strong ownership mentality: you care about outcomes and continuously improve what you build
• Ability to adapt quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (our primary audience is global, especially US-based users)

Main Responsibilities

AI Exploration & Experimentation

• Research, explore, and evaluate emerging AI products, tools, APIs, and workflows for real product use cases
• Test AI-powered experiences with real users, gather insights, and iterate from idea to launch
• Brainstorm AI-native product, growth, and creative concepts with the team
• Rapidly experiment with different AI-driven ideas, flows, and interactions
• Use AI tools and automations to optimize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate experimentation

Product Operations & Optimization

• Evaluate and improve ai products ideas coming from studios using internal data and best practices
• Collaborate with studios to refine concepts through brainstorming and iteration
• Ensure ai products are built with high quality within defined timelines
• Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and campaign performance to identify bottlenecks
• Define and prioritize improvements based on data insights
• Lead the update process with studios to continuously improve product performance
• Work with the creative team to brainstorm and produce ad creatives for each ai product
• Launch and test user acquisition campaigns together with creatives
• Identify key growth levers and iterate quickly through testing cycles
• Own the full lifecycle of ai products from ideation and production to testing, scaling, and optimization
