We are looking for an L3 Network Engineer to join our teams and work with a client in the technology sector with large-scale critical network operations.
What will be your responsibilities?
- You will be responsible for providing advanced support, troubleshooting, and optimization of the network infrastructure.
- Lead the resolution of complex network incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Support the evolution of network architecture, security enhancements, and automation initiatives.
- Maintain the existing network infrastructure at a high level of expertise.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring stability and performance.
- Participate in network design reviews, upgrades, and security implementations.
- Automate routine tasks and improve network monitoring processes.
- Document configurations, incidents, and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network projects and upgrades.
What profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering in enterprise or service provider environments;
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS;
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, or other enterprise-grade equipment;
- Advanced troubleshooting and incident analysis experience;
- Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices;
- Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, or Cisco Catalyst Center;
- Experience with VPNs, firewalls, and security appliances;
- Knowledge of network automation (Ansible, Python);
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
Desirable
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP);
- Knowledge of VoIP and unified communications;
- Experience in network architecture design;
- Knowledge of data center networking and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V);
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Palo Alto, or equivalent;
- Experience in large-scale projects or migrations.
