Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate business-critical projects with a strong focus on Order Management processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive projects from initiation through successful delivery.

Key Requirements

• 12–15 years of overall professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex business or operational projects.
• Strong background in Order Management processes and operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, execution, risk management, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Mandatory Requirements

• Native Swedish speaker (must-have).
• Female candidate preferred as per client requirement.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Malmö, Sweden.
