Full Stack Engineer

Role: Fullstack Developer

Location: Warsaw, Poland/Remote

Role Overview

The Trading Full Stack Developer will support the development, enhancement, and operation of the OneDV Portal, a modern, cloud-based platform enabling a fully digitalised end-to-end process for the direct marketing of electricity from renewable energies (e.g. solar and wind).

The role involves end-to-end DEV/OPS responsibility, combining frontend development with Angular and backend development on AWS serverless architectures, delivered within a Scrum-based agile model. The developer will work in a cross-functional team and contribute to development, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain modern Angular-based frontend applications
• Build component-based architectures using Angular (version 12 or higher)
• Implement UI/UX, responsive design, and accessibility (barrier-free development)
• Apply state management patterns (NgRx)
• Use Angular Material for consistent UI components
• Integrate frontend components with backend systems using REST APIs

Backend & Cloud Development

• Develop scalable backend services on AWS, primarily using serverless architectures
• Implement and maintain services using:
• AWS Lambda
• DynamoDB
• S3, SQS, SES
• Cognito
• CloudWatch
• Design and maintain REST APIs using OpenAPI
• Support integrations within a broader energy marketing system landscape

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using:
• AWS CloudFormation and/or
• Serverless Framework
• Build, maintain, and operate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Use Git and pull-request workflows securely and consistently
• Support deployments across multiple environments (DEV, INT/QAS, PROD)

Quality, Testing & Operations

• Ensure high software quality through:
• Clean code principles
• Code reviews
• Unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests
• Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
• Collaborate in DEV/OPS operations, ensuring stable and scalable system behaviour

Agile Collaboration

• Work in Scrum-based agile teams, participating in:
• Refinement
• Sprint planning
• Daily stand-ups
• Reviews and retrospectives
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business analysts, developers, and coaches

Mandatory Qualifications (MUST HAVE)

• At least 5 years of professional frontend development experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on Angular development experience
• Expert knowledge of:
• Angular (v12+)
• Angular Material
• TypeScript / JavaScript
• HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
• Experience with:
• State management (NgRx)
• REST APIs
• OAuth / OpenID Connect
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS serverless architectures
• Expert knowledge of AWS Lambda and Serverless Framework
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Strong focus on software quality, including test automation
• Experience with Git and pull-request workflows
• Experience working in agile Scrum environments
• Knowledge of the energy industry / German electricity market

Preferred Qualifications (SHOULD HAVE)

• Experience with Bootstrap and/or Tailwind CSS
• Knowledge of OpenSearch
• Experience supporting production systems and on-call operations
• Experience in complex, integrated system landscapes
