[OGI] Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our global team and support the evolution of digital experiences across multiple international markets, working closely with marketing, product, and global design teams.

At OGI, you’ll work in a collaborative, dynamic environment with daily learning opportunities and exposure to large-scale international projects.

Although our headquarters is in Chicago, our model is fully remote — we call it Anywhere Office.

Contract Model: Independent Contractor

⚠️ Candidates based in Portugal are strongly preferred due to time zone alignment and collaboration with European stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit existing websites across multiple international markets, mapping content structures and functionalities.
• Define and validate a unified global sitemap in collaboration with local and global marketing teams.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Ensure alignment with global design system standards and UX guidelines.
• Coordinate reviews, feedback cycles, and approvals with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
• Support website content implementation following established templates and governance standards.
• Maintain visual and user experience consistency across markets.
• Collaborate with global creative and product teams on digital product launches and website initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in user experience and digital customer journeys.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience with Figma, including prototyping, component libraries, and design systems.
• Solid experience in UX and customer-centered digital experiences.
• Experience designing websites, digital platforms, or web-based products.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and international teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on global or multinational projects.
• Experience with enterprise-scale design systems.
• Familiarity with multi-market website governance and standardization initiatives.
• Experience supporting digital product launches or global website transformation programs.
