About the Company & Mission

• What it is: A global IT solutions provider that develops and operates large-scale business solutions for a major international banking and insurance group.

Team & Service Scope

• Integration: Integrated into the Operational Excellence – Network Operations support teams, collaborating closely with local and global entities.
• Core Areas: * Management of Systems, Databases, and Networks.
• Application maintenance and production support.
• IPC (Incident, Problem, Change) Process Management.
• Project Management, QoS (Quality of Service), and Governance.
• IT Infrastructure support for internal business and development teams.

Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)

• Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of expertise in Load Balancing, WAF, Routing, Switching, VPN, and Firewalls.
• Core Vendors/Technologies: Cisco, F5, and Palo Alto.
• Additional Technologies: Experience with AlgoSec, Fortinet, Juniper, and Aruba.
• Protocols & Concepts: Deep expertise in network/security technologies, including TCP/IP, VLAN, QoS, VoIP, Radius, GPON, IPv4, IPv6, NAT, DNS, DHCP, PPP, Wireless, IPS/IDS, and IPSEC.
• Key Capabilities: Designing, implementing, and operating highly complex, large-scale networks and security solutions (including Data Center solutions).

Qualifications & Profile

• Education: Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: Industry certifications in networks and/or security (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or equivalents).
• Language: English is mandatory due to the international environment.
