Junior Back End Engineer

We build an AI movement analysis platform that extracts real performance data from smartphone video in real time. Our dataset spans 82,000 users across 190 countries, trained on real-world conditions, not labs. We are launching three product tracks in August 2026 and we are looking for a junior back-end engineer who is ready to grow fast in a real product environment.

What you will be doing:

·        Supporting the back-end infrastructure across our mobile app and web platform

·        Building and maintaining APIs that connect the front end, back end, and AI layer

·        Working closely with senior engineers. You will be learning on real problems

·        Taking ownership of specific features as your confidence grows

What we are looking for:

·        1–2 years of professional back-end experience

·        Solid foundations in APIs, databases, and server-side logic

·        Someone who asks good questions, communicates clearly, and is proactive

·        Comfortable working in a small team where everyone's contribution is visible

Nice to have:

·        Experience with mobile app back ends

·        Exposure to cloud infrastructure or deployment pipelines

·        Any experience working alongside ML or AI teams
