JOB DESCRIPTION

Solid software development experience (Python / Java / JavaScript / Flutter).
Experience with REST API design and integration development.
Knowledge of AI, NLP, and LLM-based systems (RAG pipelines, Agentic AI, prompt engineering).
Ability to contribute to architecture design, thinking through how systems should be structured.
Knowledge of data privacy and cryptographic primitives (digital signatures, trusted timestamping, audit trail generation).

Nice To Have

Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to privacy-enhancing technologies (federated learning, homomorphic encryption).
Knowledge of verifiable credentials or blockchain-based audit trails.
Familiarity with workflow automation and enforcement pipelines.

Soft Skills

Organized, proactive, and communicates clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong written communication skills, able to contribute to technical reports, documentation and deliverables with clarity and precision.
Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple concurrent tasks.
A pragmatic approach to problem solving.
