Why Join Wigiwama?
Our B2C business is already working. We have a strong brand, a premium product, a loyal community, and a direct-to-consumer channel that performs. Now we want to take it to the next level - and we are looking for the person who will own that growth and lead the charge.
This is a high-autonomy role with direct access to the CEO and a clear mandate: improve the funnel, scale paid, lift conversion, and grow B2C revenue to its full potential.
About the Role
As Head of Growth (E-commerce), you will take full ownership of everything that touches our online sales. Your job is to bring all e-commerce processes under control and make them work as one system. You will work closely with the brand team and the CEO, and be accountable for the numbers end to end.
This role can be full-time or part-time, and in-office, hybrid, or fully remote - we care about results, not seats.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring all e-commerce processes under one roof - own the strategy and the system, delegating execution where it makes sense;
- Own and scale paid marketing;
- Build and run email and retention marketing - flows, campaigns, segmentation, lifecycle;
- Drive website and conversion optimisation on Shopify - CRO, UX, product pages;
- Own the full funnel from acquisition to repeat purchase, with clear focus on consideration and conversion;
- Plan and run the promotional and sales campaign calendar across the year;
- Build reporting and analytics infrastructure - GA4, attribution, tracking, weekly and monthly performance reviews;
- Manage and coordinate outsourced partners and freelancers (media buyer, designer, content) - brief them, hold them accountable, keep quality high;
- Work with the brand team to keep performance activity on-brand and premium.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, growth, or performance marketing - in-house brand or agency both welcome;
- Proven managerial experience - you have owned processes and managed people or external partners, not just executed tasks;
- Strong command of performance and LTV metrics - CAC, ROAS, AOV, retention, contribution margin;
- Solid understanding of paid media buying across Meta and Google - enough to set direction and challenge whoever runs it;
- Proven track record building and optimising conversion funnels;
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable in GA4 and able to read the numbers yourself;
- Shopify experience is a strong plus;
- Data-driven, structured, and able to move from strategy to execution and delegation;
- Fluent in English - mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary, discussed individually depending on scope and setup (full-time or part-time);
- Full ownership of a core revenue channel with direct impact and CEO access;
- Flexible working setup - in-office, hybrid, or remote;
- Paid private health insurance and gym membership;
- Modern office in the centre of Riga (Dzirnavu 42) if you want it;
- Long-term growth opportunities as the company scales.
Hiring Process
- CV review.
- Introductory call with selected candidates (20 min).
- On-site or video interview with the CEO (60 min).
- Test task.
