We're looking for a hands-on, versatile Marketing Assistant who can move fast across multiple fronts: from photoshoots on set, to e-comm operations, to brand projects, to ambassador relationships.

About the Role

As Marketing Assistant, you will be the right hand of our Brand Manager and a key support across the entire marketing function. You'll help bring the Wigiwama brand to life - across content, ecommerce, and partnerships - and ensure things actually get done.

Key Responsibilities

• Photoshoots and content production: Organise and coordinate photoshoots - locations, props, schedules, logistics. Be on set, solve problems in real time, make sure shoots deliver the assets we need.
• E-commerce support: Help maintain and improve our Shopify store - product uploads, content updates, landing pages, campaign assets, basic analytics.
• Brand development support: Assist with brand projects, collaborations, campaigns, and new initiatives - from research to execution.
• Direct support to the Brand Manager: Take ownership of operational tasks, project coordination, and follow-ups to keep the marketing engine running smoothly.
• Ambassador and community communication: Manage communication with brand ambassadors, influencers, and partners - briefings, deliverables, content coordination.

Your Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand, e-commerce, content production, or a related lifestyle/design environment
• Proactive, hands-on, structured - you take initiative without waiting to be told
• Strong organisational skills - you handle multiple projects at once and nothing falls through the cracks
• Comfortable on photoshoot sets - coordinating people, props, and logistics
• Basic understanding of Shopify, Meta, and e-commerce workflows is a strong plus
• Fluent in English - mandatory
• A genuine eye for aesthetics - you understand premium, minimalist, design-driven brands
• Based in Riga
