Analyst - Aircraft Leasing (Financial Services)


We are currently partnering with a well-established international organisation operating within the aircraft leasing industry. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Pricing Analyst to join their expanding team

.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with strong quantitative and data analysis skills to gain exposure to asset valuation, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making within a fast-paced and collaborative environment

.The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating assets, developing financial and operational models, and delivering insights that support commercial decisions, investment opportunities, and broader business strategy. The role offers significant scope for professional development and exposure to a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct timely and accurate asset evaluations, appraisals, and opportunity assessments
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance advanced financial and analytical models
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business improvement
  • Support the ongoing development and optimisation of asset valuation methodologies
  • Prepare financial models and investment analysis to support business approvals and strategic initiative
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data analytics to drive continuous improvement initiative
  • Assist in the enhancement of the company’s ERP platform and reporting capabilities
  • Develop dashboards and visualisations to provide meaningful business insight
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations that support commercial and strategic decision-makin
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues, contributing to team development and capability building
  • Support performance improvement initiatives across the organisation


ESSENTIAL:

  • Third-level qualification in Aviation, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an analytical, financial modelling, or data-focused role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and data analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and their practical application to business challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organisation.
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment


Nice to Have:

  • Experience within the aviation, leasing, asset management, or financial services sectors
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience working within Agile teams or project environment
