Founding Engineer - Stockholm, Sweden

Looking for an Engineer to join a Stockholm-based AI startup looking for an experienced builder who has successfully taken AI products from prototype to production.

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious early-stage company with a strong onsite culture, high-calibre team, and a sustainable approach to startup life. The environment is fast-paced and hands-on, but not one that expects constant weekend work or burnout culture.

The Role:

You’ll work closely with the founders and engineering team to build, deploy, and scale AI-powered products used in real-world production environments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience building and productionising AI/ML systems
• Experience deploying LLM, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI products into live environments
• Strong engineering fundamentals and product mindset
• Previous startup experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working onsite five days per week in Stockholm
• Ability to move quickly, take ownership, and work cross-functionally
