My client, a leading MSP, is hiring a hands on AI Engineer to join their new AI practice. This is a hands on technical role for someone experienced working with Microsoft Copilot suite and comfortable in customer facing positions. This hire is part of focused investment in to their AI practice.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and implement AI-driven automation solutions across customer environments
  • Develop and configure solutions using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and Power Platform
  • Integrate AI and automation tools into existing customer systems and workflows
  • Build automated workflows, process improvements, and AI-powered productivity solutions
  • Work closely with customers to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance automation solutions across multiple projects
  • Support solution deployment, testing, and ongoing technical improvements
  • Produce clear technical documentation, implementation plans, and solution designs
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver AI projects successfully

Your Experience

  • Ideally 5 years hands-on experience building AI and automation solutions in commercial environments
  • Experience working with Microsoft Copilot technologies, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and workflow automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and automation tooling
  • Experience improving and automating business processes through technology
  • Comfortable working across multiple customer environments and managing technical delivery independently
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for emerging AI technologies and practical automation use cases
