Head of Corporate Strategy - Semi-State

Your new company
As Head of Corporate Strategy, you will join a semi-state organisation who strive to increase housing supply in Ireland. Your new office is located in Dublin City and is easily accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis and offers hybrid working.

Your new role
As Head of Corporate Strategy, you will report to the chief of staff, working collaboratively with senior leadership. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, measuring and overseeing the organisation's strategic direction.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to, strategic planning, strategy development, policy/performance oversight and reporting and internal/external stakeholder engagement to ensure that your new organisation delivers on its strategic objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
As Head of Corporate Strategy, you will have extensive experience in strategic planning, corporate governance and public sector policy with proven leadership and management experience, ideally in a public sector or regulated environment. You will have knowledge of Ireland's and EU State public sector framework, regulatory environment and economic policies.

Excellent stakeholder management, project management, problem-solving, planning, decision-making and analytical skills are required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic policy environment are necessary.
