· Agile / Scrum / SAFe

· JIRA, Confluence, DevOps tools

· CI/CD pipelines, code quality & monitoring tools

Qualifications & Experience

· 10–15+ years in technology delivery / engineering management

· Proven experience managing large, complex technical programs

· Prior hands-on experience as Tech Lead / Architect / Senior Engineer preferred

· Strong exposure to client-facing delivery roles
