Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a curious, experimental and highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join an innovative engineering environment. This is a role for someone who doesn't just write good code , but actively questions how software is built, embraces AI-powered development tools, and gets genuinely excited about sharing what they learn. Responsibilities

• Design and develop well-structured, testable and modular software across the full stack
• Actively leverage agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, Codex or similar to accelerate and improve delivery
• Challenge established ways of working and measure outcomes rather than follow habits
• Share insights, findings and enthusiasm across the team, contribute to a culture of continuous learning
• Contribute to architectural decisions and code quality standards
• Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full stack software development
• Strong proficiency in one or more of TypeScript, Go or Rust
• A genuine sense for building software that is clean, modular and maintainable
• Active user of AI-assisted or agentic development tools in your daily workflow
• Curious and experimental mindset, you test assumptions, measure results and iterate
• Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and lifting those around you

Meritorious Experience

• Video handling and streaming technologies such as GStreamer, FFmpeg or WebRTC
• UX/UI development and a feel for user-facing product quality
• Experience building or contributing to developer tooling or platform engineering
• Background in startups or fast-moving product teams
