Fullstack developer (Male/Female) -

Position

We're currently looking for a candidate for our client for the role of a Fullstack Developer - Java + React. This is a remote job offer but must be delivered from Poland

Salary offered

Budget on B2B cooperation: up to 100pln/hour (Net +VAT) UoP budget: up to 12 500pln/month gross

You will be successful in this role if:

• You have 5+ years of experience in software development.
• You have strong experience with Java / Spring Boot and React / TypeScript.
• You have practical experience with AWS.
• You have worked with production systems, REST APIs, relational databases, CI/CD and containers.
• You understand basic architecture decisions, design patterns and technical trade-offs.
• You use AI tools such as LLMs or coding assistants to support coding, research, testing or refactoring.
• You are independent, proactive and comfortable working in a small product team.
  
  

Welcome:

• Experience in IoT-related projects.
• Experience with automation scripts or small internal tools.
• Experience using AI tools for code generation, refactoring, testing or technical research.
• Experience in greenfield product development.
• Openness to occasional business travel to Germany
  
  

Tasks waiting for you:

• Developing new features in a greenfield product using Java / Spring Boot and React / TypeScript.
• Building and maintaining REST APIs and integrations with relational databases.
• Working with AWS cloud services and containerized environments.
• Supporting CI/CD processes and keeping the application ready for production use.
• Taking part in technical discussions around architecture, design patterns and implementation choices.
• Using AI tools in daily work to support coding, research, refactoring, testing and documentation.
• Creating small improvements or automations that help the team work faster and more efficiently.
• Cooperating with a small product team in a remote-first setup.
