Accessibility Specialist

We are currently looking for a Web Accessibility Specialist to join an exciting project based in Luxembourg with a hybrid working model (minimum 3 days/week on-site).

Experience required: 2–4 years after the completion of higher studies

Your role

As a Web Accessibility Specialist, you will contribute to ensuring digital products meet accessibility standards and provide an inclusive experience for all users. You will be involved in accessibility analysis, validation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to improve accessibility compliance.

Key requirements

• Strong knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 / 2.2 (Levels A and AA)

• Understanding of EN 301 549 accessibility standards

• Experience performing accessibility testing and analysis

• Familiarity with accessibility testing tools such as Accessibility Insights, Google Lighthouse, SiteImprove, or similar

• Ability to evaluate accessibility using assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnifiers)

Technical environment (assets)

• OpenText ALM, Octane, UFT One

• Jira, ServiceNow, Selenium, SoapUI

• Confluence, xWiki

• VBScript, XML

Certifications such as IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) or simmilar are considered a strong advantage.
