Senior MERN Fullstack Developer

Dublin, Ireland

Hybrid (2-3 days)

• Hands on full stack folks who can deliver end-to-end use cases after gathering requirements from senior stakeholders , this isnt a regular coding or development role , requires proactive and problem solvers who can work without supervision and deliver results / outcomes
• Strong hands-on MERN experience and basic AI development with LLM. Their work involves building AI apps using MERN and AI
• Must have experience in RAG retrieval, agentic AI and MongoDB which are critical for this role

The Role & your Mission

The expectation of the candidates needs to be hands-on with MERN ((MongoDB, Express.js, React.js & Node.js) technologies and also have used AI as part of their development journey.

Your Experience & Values

• Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React
• Hands-on experience with NestJS / NodeJS or a similar technology stack
• Experience with or knowledge of Python
• Strong comprehension of restful APIs
• A creative, problem-solving mindset that drives your work
• Excellent communication skills in both English
• Hands on experience of GitHub Copilot
• Knowledge on LLM's
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
• Knowledge on RAG
