We're supporting a major organisation within the banking sector as they expand their machine learning capabilities and build enterprise-grade ML platforms at scale.

We're looking for a Senior Machine Learning / MLOps Engineer with deep AWS expertise and a passion for taking ML solutions from experimentation to production.

🔹 What you'll be doing:

• Managing the full machine learning lifecycle, from development and deployment through to monitoring and optimisation

• Implementing MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and model governance

• Building distributed, highly parallelised data pipelines processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data in near real-time

• Ensuring ML models are reliable, scalable, and performant in production environments

• Collaborating closely with Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and IT teams in an Agile setting

✅ What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience working with AWS services

• Strong experience in Machine Learning Engineering and MLOps

• Proven track record building and maintaining large-scale data processing pipelines

• Experience delivering production-grade ML platforms and solutions

• Banking or other highly regulated industry experience is highly advantageous

• Fluent Polish and English communication skills
