Resident Engineer

5 years of experience in water projects

Past experience shall include successfully completing a previous position as Resident Engineer on at least 2 water projects or similar nature and scope of work.

Supervise and inspect site activities for water network, wastewater, sewerage, and pump station works.

Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and client requirements (e.g., Nama Water standards).

Monitor installation of pipelines (HDPE, DI, uPVC), fittings, valves, and related infrastructure.

Inspect excavation, bedding, pipe laying, backfilling, and compaction works.

Witness pressure testing, hydrotesting, and commissioning activities.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project engineers on daily site operations.

Report non-conformances (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Maintain daily inspection reports and site records.

Ensure HSE compliance and promote safe working practices on site.

Assist in material inspections and approvals.
