About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Frontend Developer / Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead frontend development efforts, make critical technical decisions, and shape the architecture of our projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with React and related technologies, a passion for building high-performance user interfaces, and the ability to mentor junior developers. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver innovative features that enhance user experience. Your expertise will influence the technical direction of our projects, ensure code quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess significant experience in React development within medium to large-scale applications. Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams and establishing best practices is essential. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, along with familiarity with Redux, Node.js, and modern development tools, is required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital for effective collaboration across teams. A passion for clean code, automated testing, and delivering high-quality products is expected. Additionally, experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum and the ability to lead small teams will be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities
