About The Role

We are seeking a passionate Front-End Developer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating clean, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, stakeholders, and design professionals to translate visual concepts into functional web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in React, JavaScript, and modern CSS/SCSS, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality UI components and features across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of front-end development principles and frameworks, particularly React and JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with responsive UI development, accessibility standards such as WCAG, and API integration is essential. Familiarity with design tools like Figma or UI design exposure, as well as experience working within component libraries or design systems, will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a good grasp of UX/UI best practices and have prior experience working in product or SaaS environments. A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a hybrid model are key attributes for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-quality, maintainable UI components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS/SCSS.
• Create responsive, accessible web interfaces that meet WCAG standards and enhance user experience across various devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional UI elements, ensuring visual consistency and usability.
• Integrate front-end components with backend APIs to facilitate seamless data flow and dynamic content rendering.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure optimal performance and code quality.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of component libraries and design systems to promote reusability and consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
