Since our founding, we've grown to a team of 90+ people and established ourselves as Türkiye's leading AI legal assistant. Now, we're taking it global — expanding into France, Germany, Brasil, Italy and Spain to compete in the billion-dollar legaltech market.

We build domain-specific, closed-circuit AI models with multi-layered verification systems that eliminate hallucinations and deliver answers backed by real citations and legal reasoning. We are hiring a Lead AI Engineer to own how we build with AI and how we manage the data that makes it reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design end-to-end legal workflows using LangGraph (orchestration, memory, and state management).
• Own GraphRAG Implementation: Connect structured and unstructured knowledge to outperform standard vector search.
• Model Strategy & Optimization: Fine-tune task-specific models when LLMs are overkill to optimize latency, cost, and control.
• Data Infrastructure: Scale the systems indexing and querying hundreds of millions of legal documents using Qdrant or Milvus.
• Set the Bar for Reliability: Define evaluation pipelines and monitoring standards for high-stakes AI outputs.
• Hands-on Leadership: Lead a focused team by writing code, reviewing architecture, and setting technical standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of engineering experience building AI/ML systems in production environments.
• Expertise in Agentic Systems (multi-agent orchestration, handoffs) and frameworks like LangGraph.
• Proficiency with Vector Databases (Qdrant, Milvus) and high-scale data engineering (pipelines, schema design).
• Deep understanding of retrieval quality: Chunking strategies, embedding pipelines, and GraphRAG concepts.
• Advanced Python Engineering skills and a background in building reliable systems under real load.
• Technical Leadership: Ability to lead from the front, staying grounded in the code while guiding a team.
• Bonus points for: Experience with multilingual NLP, vLLM optimization, or observability tools like Langfuse/Arize.
