Senior Fullstack Engineer

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience in intermediate full-stack development with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js).
• Proven track record of developing front-end and back-end applications.
• Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience in both technical planning and implementation-level software design.
• Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques, and process improvement approaches.
• Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks
• Be comfortable working without routine supervision.
• A desire to remain technically capable and an expert in current technologies.
• Proven track record of practical, thoughtful problem-solving.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Work with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain the software applications.
• Maintain a high level of quality across all of your work.
• Commit to and deliver on those commitments.
• Clearly and regularly communicate with team members and the team lead.
• Ensure the software you develop is well-documented.
• Following the software development lifecycle.
• Attending and contributing to company development meetings
• Be responsible for developing and unit-testing applications in accordance with the established company standards.
• Write and maintain codebases.
• Assist with developing user stories and estimates.
• Contribute to designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining new and existing features.
• Work closely with QA to produce relatively high-quality code and automate according to QA requirementswith
• Undertake any other reasonable task that may be asked of you by senior management.
• Lead the development of major software components, systems, and features.
• Leverage your expertise in Software Development to mentor and coach the team to raise the overall output of the development team.
