Back End Developer

We are looking for an Engineering Consultant experienced in Go, Micro Service architecture to support and enhance pay system with machine learning models.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Go for a high-throughput payments platform
• Enhance and optimize payment processing systems for reliability, performance, and security
• Collaborate with data science teams to integrate and operationalize machine learning models into production systems
• Architect and implement APIs and backend services to support real-time payment workflows
• Ensure system scalability and resilience through best practices in distributed system design
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across services and infrastructure
• Contribute to system design discussions and provide technical leadership on backend architecture
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure system health and observability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development
• Solid experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Experience working on payment systems, fintech platforms, or high-volume transaction systems
• Familiarity with integrating machine learning models into backend services (e.g., APIs, inference pipelines)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and asynchronous processing
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with fraud detection, risk scoring, or ML-driven payment optimization
• Exposure to MLOps practices and model lifecycle management
• Understanding of security and compliance in payment systems (PCI-DSS, etc.)
