We’re building one of the fastest-growing hair care brands in Central & Eastern Europe. We are already a well-known brand in Hungary and rapidly expanding in Poland, with the goal of scaling market by market across Europe.
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer specialized in e-commerce, landing pages, and direct-response design.
This role is for someone who can design pages that look premium, beautiful, and on-brand — but are also built to sell.
We are not looking for a generic UI/UX designer. We need someone who understands DTC funnels, Shopify stores, paid traffic landing pages, product storytelling, mobile-first UX, and how every section of a page should move the customer closer to purchase.

Your portfolio must include real examples of e-commerce landing pages, DTC product pages, direct-response funnels, Shopify pages, advertorials, or mobile-first sales pages.
We are not interested in SaaS dashboards, mobile app UI, corporate websites, branding-only projects, Dribbble-style concepts, or pretty designs that were not made to convert.
If your work does not show e-commerce, landing pages, funnels, or conversion-focused design, this role is probably not the right fit.
🎯 What We NeedWe need a designer who understands the balance between:
Beautiful brand design + high-converting sales structure
The goal is not just to make pages look good. The goal is to design pages that make people want to buy.
You should understand how to design for trust, clarity, desire, product education, objection handling, and checkout intent — especially on mobile.
🚀 What You’ll DoYou will design high-converting e-commerce landing pages, Shopify product pages, advertorials, and funnel pages for paid traffic. You’ll turn product benefits, reviews, offers, UGC, before/after visuals, guarantees, and objections into strong page layouts with clear hierarchy and purchase intent.
You’ll work closely with CRO, copywriters, and developers, prepare clean Figma files for development, improve pages based on performance data and user behavior, and help build a scalable landing page design system for multiple markets.
✅ What We’re Looking ForMust-Have- Minimum 3 years of UI/UX or web design experience within ecommerce
- Understanding of direct-response design
- Strong e-commerce landing page portfolio
- Experience designing for DTC or Shopify brands
- Strong Figma skills
- Strong mobile-first UX understanding
- Ability to design beautiful pages with clear conversion intent
- Experience working with developers and marketing teams
Beauty, cosmetics, hair care, wellness, or skincare experience is a strong plus. Experience with Shopify, Replo, GemPages, PageFly, advertorials,

💰 CompensationDepends on experience and level of ownership.
$2,000–$5,000/month
