We’re looking for an E-commerce CRO Manager to own our landing pages and funnels from idea to launch.
This role is specifically for someone with strong DTC / Shopify e-commerce experience. You have to come up with everything on the landing page, and understand what looks good and converts and where.
We are NOT looking for:
- SaaS CRO
- Corporate UX research
- Generic product optimization
We want someone who understands:
- DTC funnels
- Why a GIF or image converts
- mobile-first conversion psychology
- Offers, upsells
- advertorials
- checkout intent
You will own the entire landing page process:
- Strategy
- Funnel structure
- UX direction
- Conversion optimization
- Coordination with developers and designers
- Testing and iteration
Your goal is simple: Build landing pages that convert at the highest possible level.
🚀 What You’ll Do- Own the full landing page process from concept to launch
- Analyze funnels and identify conversion bottlenecks
- Create high-converting landing page structures
- Improve CVR, AOV, engagement, and checkout intent
- Guide UX direction and review designs
- Coordinate developers and ensure clean implementation
- Plan A/B tests and optimize funnels continuously
- Work closely with media buyers, designers, and developers
You will work closely with the UI/UX designer and guide the overall experience.
You do not need to be the designer yourself, but you must understand what converts and be able to guide structure, hierarchy, and user flow.
📊 Testing & Optimization- Run A/B tests and analyze funnel performance
- Use heatmaps, recordings, and analytics tools
- Identify friction points and improve conversion rates
- Work closely with media buyers and creatives
- Minimum 3 years of e-commerce CRO experience
- Strong DTC / Shopify funnel experience
- Understanding of direct-response landing pages
- Experience working with designers, developers, and marketing teams
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Strong mobile-first UX understanding
- Shopify experience
- GemPages, Replo experience
- Experience with beauty / cosmetics / wellness brands
- Experience in fast-scaling DTC companies
- Experience with:
- Hotjar
- Microsoft Clarity
- GA4
- Triple Whale
Depends on experience.
Compensation range:
- $2,000–$5,000/month depending on experience and level of ownership
