Product Description:

We are building a comprehensive software ecosystem for sewer inspection and asset management that connects field operations with centralized data systems.

Our broad product portfolio includes web, mobile, and desktop applications. We support the entire sewer inspection workflow – from video recording, through advanced data analysis, to visualization and reporting using charts and maps. Our technologies include AI, 3D modeling and rendering, advanced video processing, and integration with various devices such as robots, drones, and cameras.

Our goal is to streamline and enrich the sewer inspection process at every stage of the user journey. The products developed under our supervision address the needs of diverse user groups, including camera operators, inspectors, managers, and municipality administrators.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our Team in Krakow.

You will have the opportunity to work with multiple products and collaborate with diverse teams building scalable, modern web, mobile, and desktop applications.

You will work closely with the Product Management team and experienced Technical Leaders as part of a Product Trio.

Below you can find our requirements:

MUST HAVE requirements:

• Proficiency in designing user experiences for complex products, ideally in a B2B context,
• Strong experience in cross‑product design across multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop), including user journey mapping,
• Advanced critical thinking skills combined with experience in UX research and user workflow design,
• Strong focus on analysing end‑user needs across different personas,
• Hands‑on experience with low‑fidelity prototyping using design software,
• Familiarity with the Discovery process, including UX shadowing, usability testing, in‑depth interviews, and A/B testing,
• Polish: fluent,
• English: B2 level or higher,
• Ability to work from office in Kraków 2x/week (60 Podole Street).

NICE TO HAVE requirements:

• Experience with Design Systems and Atomic Design,
• Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum),
• Familiarity with collaboration and design tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro etc.,
• Experience conducting focus groups and workshops.
