  • Support leadership with ad-hoc strategic and geopolitical research requests related to defense markets and international developments.
  • Prepare clear presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to answer various business and product-related analytical questions.

What We Expect

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong interest in geopolitical, defense, and international policy developments, with the ability to assess how political and regulatory changes impact business strategy, markets, and defense capabilities.
  • Experience analyzing political, regulatory, and strategic documents, including EU, NATO, national defense, security, or funding-related materials.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and summarize complex policy documents, directives, strategic frameworks, and public sector initiatives into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience in market, business, strategic, policy, product, or data analysis (experience across multiple areas is a strong advantage).
  • Experience preparing competitor analysis, strategic research, market assessments, or materials for funding/grant applications is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong research and synthesis skills with the ability to connect political, economic, technological, and market developments into a broader strategic picture.
  • Ability to work with data tools (Excel/Sheets essential; other analytics tools are a plus).
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate research and political or market developments into actionable business and strategic recommendations.
  • Fluent English required.

What We Offer

  • Unique opportunity to join a high growth company in the scaling stage.
  • Opportunity to help Ukraine win.
  • Flexible work hours and hybrid work.
  • Frequent team-building events, free parking, pet-friendly office and private health insurance after the probation period, and of course the best and supporting team.
  • Result based bonuses.
  • Salary ranges from 3 500 Eur (gross) to 4 700 Eur (gross). The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
