AI-Driven digital performance analyst

You will take ownership of our client tracking infrastructure—from Google Tag Manager configuration to full eCommerce funnel measurement across GA4 and Meta. But that’s only one side of the role. The other side—where most of the potential lies—is automating tracking and marketing processes using AI. We are actively exploring what today’s AI can enable: faster, more accurate, and more innovative ways of working. This includes everything from automated GTM audits and documentation generation to building entirely new workflows.

This area is still evolving, so you’ll be experimenting and creating new solutions alongside us. There’s plenty of room here for your ideas, initiative, and growth.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the fundamentals of tracking and can work independently, while collaborating with us to further develop the deeper technical aspects.


RESPONSIBILITIES                        

·      Configure and maintain Google Tag Manager containers (tags, triggers, variables, versioning).

·      Implement and audit GA4 ecommerce tracking – the full funnel from ‘view_item’ to ‘purchase’, including revenue and custom parameters.

·      Manage Meta Pixel conversion tracking.

·      Write dataLayer specifications and collaborate with clients’ developers on their implementation.

·      Diagnose and resolve tracking issues (duplicate events, inaccurate values, consent not firing).

·      Work with Consent Mode v2 / cookie consent and cross-domain measurement.

·      Build and test AI-driven solutions to automate tracking and marketing processes – experimenting and finding smarter ways to get things done.

·      Maintain clear and structured client tracking documentation.


REQUIREMENTS

·   At least 2 years of experience in the digital and/or analytics field.

·   Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (beyond standard tags – you understand how triggers, variables, and the dataLayer work together).

·   Strong knowledge of GA4, particularly ecommerce / conversion tracking.

·   A solid technical understanding of how a website works: dataLayer, JavaScript basics, browser dev tools, GTM Preview/debug.

·   Experience with Meta Pixel conversion tracking.

·   The ability to work independently across several clients at once and to document your work clearly.

·   Curiosity and a genuine willingness to experiment with new technologies (especially AI).

·   Strong English – we work in English across platforms and tools, and write most of our documentation in it, so you’ll need to feel comfortable.

·   Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.


NICE TO HAVE

·   Hands-on experience or genuine interest in AI tools (LLMs, automation, prompting in everyday workflows).

·   Server-side GTM (Stape or similar) and Meta Conversions API.

·   Experience implementing Consent Mode v2 / GDPR consent.

·   Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

·   Experience with programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
