Right now, our focus is on developing key business systems: ERP and payment infrastructure. This is where you come in. We are looking for an IT Project Manager who wants to be part of a large-scale product, help the team move faster, and have a real impact on the service’s

What you will do:

• Manage two streams simultaneously: the backend team and the bot development team.
• Gather requirements from the Product Manager and translate them into clear technical tasks for backend and bot integrations.
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog: know what’s critical and what can wait.
• Track task statuses and deadlines — nothing should stall without a reason.
• Sync backend and frontend for coordinated feature releases.
• Ensure that changes — models, logic, new features — roll out consistently across both the web and the bot.
• Work with QA: oversee quality control, process returns, and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Contribute to process improvement: Definition of Ready, team guidelines, task standards.

Who we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development (web, mobile, or SaaS).
• Technical foundation: you understand how development works — APIs, integrations, task queues. You have a background as a developer or have worked closely alongside engineering teams.
• Experience managing multiple teams or streams in parallel.
• Ability to handle a high volume of tasks from multiple sources — structure them, prioritize, and stay focused.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban.
• Confident with project management tools: Jira, Asana, or similar.
• Experience working with QA: you understand the testing cycle and know how to handle returns.
• Proactive problem-solver: you bring solutions, not just status updates.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Telegram bots or messenger integrations.
• Experience working closely with a CTO or technical lead.
• Background in IT or AI products.

You understand the difference between a 2-day task and a 2-week task. You can defend realistic deadlines while finding creative solutions. You have faced changing requirements without panicking, adapting instead. You bring order to chaos, not just create a process for the sake of process.
