Product Quality Specialist (Middle)

Right now, our focus is on developing and growing the web version of the product. We're looking for a Product Quality Specialist who will be more than just a tester — a true owner of the user experience quality: someone who sees the product through the eyes of the user, drives improvement initiatives, and acts as the bridge between the team, design, and the real needs of the audience.

What you will be doing:

• Review the web product after each release and verify changes against documentation, roadmap, and product specifications.
• Conduct in-depth UI/UX testing of individual components and evaluate their impact on the user experience.
• Test real user scenarios in a production environment.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations for improving the product and user experience.
• Participate in product initiatives, define business requirements and technical tasks based on identified issues.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark the product against industry leaders and best practices.
• Engage with focus groups of users and creators to gather feedback and validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with the UX designer to enhance product usability.
• Verify that the user experience aligns with the company's educational materials: academy, masterclasses, and user content.
• Prepare regular reports on product quality, problem areas, and risks.
• Act as the owner of user experience quality and influence product decisions across all functional areas.

Who we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product QA, QA Engineer, Product Analyst, UX Researcher, or Product Specialist.
• Understanding of UX, UI, and Customer Journey principles.
• Experience testing web products and complex user scenarios.
• Ability to analyze user behavior and identify issues that aren't always technical defects.
• Skill in writing clear business requirements, product tasks, and recommendations.
• Understanding of product metrics and the impact of changes on user experience.
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis and provide well-reasoned recommendations.
• High level of independence, initiative, and accountability for the final result.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with developers, designers, the product team, and users.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with digital products.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and generative technologies for product and user experience analysis.
• Experience conducting UX research.
