Operations & Coordination Manager


Overview

This role provides operational oversight across finance, marketing, sales, legal, and construction, ensuring alignment between business objectives and project delivery.


Experience:

  • 7–10 years of experience in operations, program management, or business coordination roles, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or large-scale project environments.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of financial management, reporting, and operational planning.
  • Familiarity with real estate project lifecycles and supporting functions (finance, marketing, sales, procurement).
  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, ERP systems).


Soft Skills:


  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a structured and analytical approach.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
