Senior Product Manager – CRM & Customer Data Platform
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of a business-critical CRM ecosystem within a fast-growing organisation.
As the business scales, multiple teams and systems have created fragmented customer data and processes. Your mission will be to create a unified customer view, establish strong data governance, and build a CRM platform that supports growth while maintaining data quality and operational efficiency.
Reporting into senior technology leadership, you'll own the CRM product strategy, roadmap, and delivery, helping transform customer data into a true single source of truth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the CRM product roadmap, focused on customer data, identity resolution, and platform scalability.
- Build and maintain a unified customer data model across multiple business units and touchpoints.
- Partner with commercial, marketing, operations, and customer support teams to understand workflows and deliver effective solutions.
- Lead CRM optimisation, consolidation, and integration initiatives across key business systems.
- Establish governance frameworks that balance business flexibility with data integrity and consistency.
- Drive CRM adoption and ensure teams are leveraging the platform effectively.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Product Management experience within CRM, customer data, or platform-led environments.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Experience managing customer data models, integrations, and platform transformation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to solve complex business challenges.
- Technical fluency and confidence working alongside engineering and data teams.
- A focus on user adoption, data quality, and measurable business outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading CRM migration or consolidation programmes.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Intercom, HubSpot, MoEngage, Zendesk, or similar.
- Experience working in high-growth, multi-business, or multi-product organisations.
- Knowledge of Jira, Linear, or similar product management tools.
