System Completion Coordinator

🚀 We’re Hiring an Offshore System Completion Coordinator! 🚀

Join our offshore project team and support the successful transition from construction to commissioning by ensuring structured, safe, and efficient system completion across all disciplines.

🔧 Your Responsibilities:

• Manage plant systemization activities, including tagging and mark-ups on technical drawings
• Work with system completion / turnover databases and software tools
• Support commissioning teams with database clarifications, data analysis, and reporting
• Review engineering drawings to ensure consistency between tags and database
• Coordinate with MC / Hook-Up teams on tags, ITRs, systemization, and procedures
• Interface with engineering teams to clarify data and ensure subsystem readiness (MC / RFC / RFSU stages)
• Act as focal point for completion and commissioning queries at site
• Support system completion processes, procedures, and protocol clarifications
• Participate in daily coordination meetings with project teams
• Plan and manage commissioning walkdowns (preparation, execution, post-walkdown follow-up)
• Manage punch lists, exception tracking, and closure
• Prepare and ensure completeness of RFC / RFSU dossiers
• Coordinate comment resolution until final acceptance/sign-off
• Monitor construction progress and follow up on completion status
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on completion progress
• Support reporting, presentations, and tracking tools for subsystem progress
• Participate in coordination meetings with client and third parties
• Support implementation of MOC procedures
• Assist in monitoring department progress and budget alignment
• Support documentation, dossiers preparation, and reporting activities

🧰 Your Profile:

• Strong experience in system completion / commissioning environment
• Good knowledge of systemization and turnover processes
• Experience with completion databases / tools
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, construction, and commissioning teams
• Experience in walkdowns, punch management, and dossier preparation
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in project/site environment
• Proficient in MS Office tools
