Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging the talents who will drive CELESTALβs success in the Middle East.
πΉ Recruitment & Sourcing
- Partner with Business Managers to define hiring needs
- Source and attract top technical talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: screening, interviews, and offer closing
πΉ Candidate Experience
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey from first contact to onboarding
- Build strong relationships with candidates in a competitive market
πΉ Employer Branding & HR Communication
- Strengthen our presence on LinkedIn and other channels
- Contribute to recruitment events and initiatives to attract top talent in the region
πΉ Continuous Improvement
- Proactively suggest improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and strategies
- Contribute to building efficient and scalable recruitment practices in a fast-growing environment
Your Profile
β Experience: At least 2 years in recruitment, ideally in consulting, staffing, or technical industries
β Sourcing Expertise: Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.)
β Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders
β Autonomy & Proactivity: You take ownership, anticipate needs, and drive results independently
β Technical Mindset: Comfortable recruiting technical profiles, ideally within Oil & Gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors
β International Exposure: Experience or strong interest in working in an international and multicultural environment
β Languages: Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus
