Your Role


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging the talents who will drive CELESTAL’s success in the Middle East.


πŸ”Ή Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Partner with Business Managers to define hiring needs
  • Source and attract top technical talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: screening, interviews, and offer closing


πŸ”Ή Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey from first contact to onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with candidates in a competitive market


πŸ”Ή Employer Branding & HR Communication

  • Strengthen our presence on LinkedIn and other channels
  • Contribute to recruitment events and initiatives to attract top talent in the region


πŸ”Ή Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively suggest improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and strategies
  • Contribute to building efficient and scalable recruitment practices in a fast-growing environment


Your Profile


βœ” Experience: At least 2 years in recruitment, ideally in consulting, staffing, or technical industries

βœ” Sourcing Expertise: Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.)

βœ” Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders

βœ” Autonomy & Proactivity: You take ownership, anticipate needs, and drive results independently

βœ” Technical Mindset: Comfortable recruiting technical profiles, ideally within Oil & Gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors

βœ” International Exposure: Experience or strong interest in working in an international and multicultural environment

βœ” Languages: Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus
