Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Administrative Officer ( Manpower Agency Experience preferred ) located in Doha, Qatar. The Administrative Officer's responsibilities include managing general administrative tasks, maintaining organized records and schedules, handling communications with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless daily operations. Additional duties involve providing administrative assistance, offering excellent customer service, and supporting organizational projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in General Administration and Administrative Assistance
• Manpower Agency Experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service and handling inquiries
• Excellent Organization Skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment in Doha, Qatar
• Basic technology proficiency, including familiarity with office software
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
