With a proven track record in the region, this fast-growing organisation is expanding and seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer as their second local hire. This role offers an initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension or permanent conversion, reflecting their consistent success and growth. The position is primarily remote, with occasional client visits on-site.
About the Role
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in enabling clients to integrate the platform seamlessly into their environments. Partnering with sales, customer success teams, and technical stakeholders, you’ll design and deliver tailored solutions that meet and exceed client needs. This is a dynamic role that blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic problem-solving, helping clients achieve outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement customised solutions that integrate smoothly into client systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet client objectives.
- Share knowledge and mentor team members to enhance technical capabilities.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer with:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of web standards (HTTP, HTML, CSS) and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with full-stack development frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent documentation and architecture modelling skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Technical Experience
Experience with the following technologies and methodologies is a bonus:
- Enterprise content management and process automation systems.
- SSO mechanisms (SAML, OAuth).
- Voice assistant platforms (e.g., Amazon Alexa, Google Home).
- IoT technologies, including connected device standards (Matter).
- Big data analytics, machine learning, and GenAI.
- Telecommunications or other high-volume, mission-critical software systems.
- Java Enterprise technologies (Spring Framework, REST API, JSON).
- Front-end and mobile development (React, Angular, iOS, Android).
