Key Responsibilities


  • Planning, managing and coordinating renewable energy projects (onshore wind and/or BESS) until start of construction, i.e. to distribute work assignments to various related suppliers and coordinate project team members
  • Managing, supervising and coordinating various contractors, including, but not limited to, EIA, EPC, local designers, TSO, etc.
  • Identifying risks, dependencies and potential delays in project timelines, mitigating those accordingly
  • Representing the company in public institutions, local communities
  • Following renewable energy industry trends


Key Requirements


  • Good project management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize in order to meet project deadlines
  • Experience with renewable energy projects, real estate or other major infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of the Lithuanian electricity network and its connections will be considered an advantage
  • Technical degree, preferably in the field of electricity or energy, will be considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Lithuanian
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently

  • Salary range for this position is from 3200 – 5000 Eur gross (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Additional financial incentives depending on results
