your tasks
Accountable for governing and facilitating employee training, ensuring that end-users develop the necessary skills to work effectively with SAP:
- training program management: designing, scheduling, and overseeing SAP-related training sessions, including go-live enablement, onboarding for new employees and advanced courses for existing staff post go-live -> Champions life-long learning
- identifying training needs: Conducting assessments and surveys to understand gaps in SAP knowledge among employees
- content development: aligning with the content authors about relevant learning material and overseeing the effectiveness of provided materials
- performance measurement: monitoring employee progress, gathering feedback, and refining training strategies based on results together with line managers
- compliance & documentation: ensuring that training aligns with corporate policies, industry regulations, and SAP best practices, maintaining records of employee participation and certifications
- user support & guidance: acting as a first point of contact for employees struggling with SAP processes, troubleshooting issues, and directing them to relevant resources
what we expect
- strong hands-on experience with HRIS (SAP) platforms for managing employee data and learning records
- proven experience in coordinating corporate training, preferably within IT or large-scale transformation projects.
- proficiency in English (B2/C1)
- proficiency in Polish ( native )
- comunicative level of German (min. B1) - nice to have
- university degree, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, or a related field.
- knowledge of learning principles, e-learning tools, and LMS platforms.
- a patient, supportive approach to troubleshooting and guiding employees.
- ability to conduct training needs assessments and track performance metrics.
